Organisations are requested to pay the fee within 14 days of the date of the invoice.
Cancellations/Refunds
Cancellations of in-house training courses are subject to a 25% administration fee where the cancellation is made more than one calendar month before the date of the training course. No refund is payable for a cancellation made within the calendar month immediately prior to the training course – in this event the full sum shown on the invoice remains payable.
Late Payment
PDP reserves the right to charge late payment interest on any outstanding invoice at the rate of 5% above the base rate of Barclays Bank Plc. Should it be necessary to instruct debt collectors to recover payment of invoices, the customer will be responsible for the relevant fees.

Alterations / Cancellations of Courses by PDP
It may be necessary for PDP to change the content and timing of a course, the trainer, the date or the venue. In the unlikely event of the course being cancelled by PDP, a full refund will be made unless the delegate transfers his or her booking to an alternative date/city for the course. For all bookings, the liability of PDP shall be limited to the amount of the fee actually paid to PDP by the delegate. For this reason delegates are encouraged to not to book travel or accommodation more than two weeks prior to any course date.
Registration Information
Registration information, including directions to the venue and timings, will be sent to the delegate by email at least 7 days prior to the event. PDP will not be responsible for the non arrival of registration information. Any delegate not receiving the registration information by 7 days prior to the event should contact us on +44 (0)207 014 3399.
Late Payment
PDP reserves the right to charge late payment interest on any outstanding invoice at the rate of 5% above the base rate of Barclays Bank Plc. Where an unpaid invoice is referred for debt collection, the legal costs will be added to the total amount due.

Cancellations by the Delegate / Refunds - Standard Programme

Any notice of cancellation that is received by PDP after that date (one month before the date of the first course that the candidate has nominated to attend) will entitle the candidate to a refund of £375 plus VAT for each course date that was nominated by the candidate that remains unattended and in the future at the date that notice of cancellation is received by PDP.
The following terms apply to the transfer by a candidate of one or more of the courses that make up the training aspect of the Practitioner Certificate Programmes, and to a change by the candidate of his/her choice of examination date:

Cancellation of Courses by PDP
It may become necessary for PDP to cancel a course that forms part of the candidate’s booking for the Practitioner Certificate Programme. Such cancellations occur only very rarely. In these circumstances PDP will book the candidate onto the candidate’s choice of an upcoming date/city for the same course. PDP shall not be further liable where a course is cancelled or cannot take place. For this reason delegates are encouraged not to book travel or accommodation more than two weeks prior to any course date.
Cancellations by the Delegate / Refunds – Residential Programme
Any candidate that has booked onto the Residential Practitioner Certificate in Data Protection Programme may cancel that booking at any time up to six weeks before the date of the commencement of that Residential Programme – such cancellations will incur an administration charge of £250 plus VAT. Any notice of cancellation that is received by PDP between six weeks and two weeks prior to the first day of the Residential Programme on which the candidate is booked to attend will entitle the candidate to either cancel their attendance on the Residential Programme (in which case a 50% charge will apply) or to rebook a future date for the Residential Programme for £250 plus VAT. No refunds are available for a cancellation that is received within the two weeks prior to the Residential Programme on which the candidate is booked to attend, and any invoice that is outstanding remains fully payable.
Registration Information
Registration information for each course and for the Examination, including directions to the venue and timings, will be sent to the delegate by email at least 7 days prior to the event. PDP will not be responsible for the non arrival of registration information. Any delegate not receiving the registration information by 7 days prior to the event should contact us on +44 (0)207 014 3399.
Late Payments
PDP reserves the right to charge late payment interest on any outstanding invoice at the rate of 5% above the base rate of Barclays Bank Plc.
